Asst. Professor & Managerial Communication Expert
Dr. Saleem is a distinguished academic, researcher, corporate trainer, and communication expert with extensive experience in higher education, leadership development, and professional training. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of English at Patan Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University, and is the Founder and CEO of Motivation Funnel Pvt. Ltd., where he designs and delivers transformative training programs for universities, government agencies, financial institutions, corporate organizations, and educational institutions across Nepal.
Holding a PhD in English from Tribhuvan University, with advanced degrees in Conflict Management, Project Management, English, and Sociology and Anthropology, Dr. Saleem combines interdisciplinary knowledge with practical expertise to deliver impactful teaching, research, and consultancy. His areas of specialization include Managerial Communication, Leadership Development, Conflict Management, Research Writing, Cultural Diversity, Public Speaking, Academic Writing, and Organizational Development.
With more than two decades of professional experience, Dr. Saleem has taught undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students while supervising numerous master's dissertations and PhD research projects. Beyond academia, he has served as a consultant, policy advisor, researcher, and resource person for various government bodies, universities, and national organizations. His expertise has also been recognized through frequent invitations as a keynote speaker, trainer, and television commentator on leadership, education, communication, inclusion, and social development.
A prolific author and researcher, Dr. Saleem has published more than 40 books and over 40 peer-reviewed research articles in national and international journals. His research spans managerial communication, qualitative research, multiculturalism, postcolonial studies, leadership, higher education, social inclusion, gender studies, and organizational communication. His publications and scholarly contributions have established him as one of Nepal's leading voices in academic writing and interdisciplinary research.
